Meetup: Begin to Step out of the Chaos - An Intro

Loving someone who struggles with bipolar disorder can be completely overwhelming. To manage your life and family, you need a set of tools, both practical and spiritual, to help you move out of the storm and into peace and balance. And if you are like me, when you are stuck, you need to step out into something different and more expansive than the typical kind of talk therapy. I can help you get on that path.

Come meet others who face the same challenges as you, gain a tool or two, and begin your journey toward a more peaceful and balanced life.

I work with people who have someone in their life that struggles with bipolar disorder. I teach them how to create healthy boundaries, practice self-care, and shift their perspective to help manage the feeling that their life is chaotic or out of control.

The way I work will resonate with you if:
-If you are action oriented and talk therapy alone doesn’t feel right for you
-If you are open to both practical and spiritual tools around self-care to help take control of your life
-If you are open to accepting that the way through this is to start healing yourself

You can join us simply to meet people, to gain a couple tools, or to see if you're interested in my upcoming workshops or private coaching.

Cost is $10/person upon arrival. Pls RSVP on Meetup if you plan on attending: https://www.meetup.com/Coping-with-Bipolar-Loved-Ones/events/qfgfjryzqbfb/

Learn How to Let Go: A Workshop on Ending Relationships and Finding Peace (Online Workshop)

As a general rule people are not taught how to let go. In fact, we are taught quite the opposite. Winners never quit and quitters never win. Keep your eye on the prize. Those who persevere succeed. Clinging or holding on are almost a survival instinct. And then when it seems like there is no other option except to end a relationship, we are expected to just do it cold turkey, with no lessons on how to let go and no acknowledgement that untangling yourself from a relationship can be both physically and emotionally complicated.
